Ritual 5: Har

HAR is an active Kundalini meditation to open you to the creative flow of the universe and to receiving on a deeper level. You can do this practice just once, but I invite you to do it every day for 40 which is how it’s really meant to be done.

According to Kundalini Yoga, prosperity comes through the heart. The Sanskrit mantra, ‘Har,’ translates to ‘God as the Creative Infinity,’ and affirms our ability to co-create.

Some other things you should know:

  • The practice should be done 4-11 minutes. More than 11 minutes is considered greedy and less is considered lazy.

  • This practice should be done for 40 days. If you miss a day you must start from the beginning.

  • After 40 days you should stop and take a break until you want to do it again.

  • Expect miracles and prosperity over these 40 days!!

The video explains it for you below and you can chant along with the video.

I personally love this practice and working with Kundalini energy. You can read more about Kundalini here.

To get the most of this ritual

  1. I HIGHLY recommend you commit to doing this for the next 40 days to experience the magic that will happen for you.

  2. Please return to your an intention for what you are calling in to direct the flow of energy while you do HAR. Share your intention in the group.

  3. Do HAR with the video for the first one at least.
