FEEL: Your Key to Letting go of the Past & Limitations

This will be perhaps your most simple, yet most powerful ritual for our 21 days. I have chosen it intentionally to set the groundwork for an open and powerful journey together.

Today you’re going to sit with your feelings and give yourself the proper time to feel.

Tips:

  • Create a safe, calming space for this.

  • Remember that you CAN feel it. We hold so much resistance to feeling sometimes, yet the actual act of feeling is very easeful — we are literally made for it. We just need to make the space and time and remind ourselves of this.

  • Once the feeling moves allow yourself to be grateful for the space you’ve created. It should or will come naturally.

  • This is also shadow work. Giving ourselves the space and time to feel what we are resisting.

  • Remember to stay with the feeling over the thoughts.
