Each day is slightly different depending on our schedule. A typical day looks like waking up to the sunrise and sound of the ocean and meeting at our meditation spot. Meditation followed by movement for the body whether that’s yoga or a hike. After our workout we have a nourishing and healthy plant based breakfast prepared by our amazing chef. After breakfast you typically have some downtime to relax and get ready for the rest of the day. During out free time we have massage slots open to be booked if you would like. In the afternoon we have lunch prepared by our chef followed by a possible excursion or workshop. In the evening we may have our full moon ceremony with cacao which can go late into the night. A light dinner to ground after our ceremony and then going back to our accommodations for bed.

Your flight tickets are not included. Transportation to the retreat center is also not included but it’s often the case that you can share the cost with another attendee. I create a WhatsApp group before the retreat so that you can coordinate.

I always say if you feel the call to a certain retreat than you can trust that means something! However, if the dates really don’t work you have some options. 1. You can waitlist until the next retreat. 2. You can inquire about the private retreats I offer for individuals and friends.
